SAFA LIMPOPO PUTS FOOTBALL ACTIVITIES ON HOLD TO HONOUR DECEASED MEMBERS

MODIMOLLE : SAFA Limpopo has requested that all football activities scheduled for this weekend be temporarily suspended as the province prepares to pay tribute to two of its late members.

The deceased are Kedibone Mabotja, team manager for Tjano Lebash, and Maria Mashilela, SAFA Capricorn Vice President.

A joint memorial service is currently underway at the Meropa Casino Conference Hall in Polokwane today.

Ms Mashilela’s funeral is scheduled for Saturday, 6 December 2025 at House No. 192, Seshego Zone 1, while Mr Mabotja will be laid to rest on Sunday, 7 December 2025, at Mmotong Village (Kgohloane).
