Man killed after refusing to wear a mask

The residents of Thulamahashe in Bushbuckridge closed Thula Mall following the death of a male customer who was assaulted to death on Sunday the 06 December 2020 after refusing to sanitize and wear Mask.

Its alleged that the deceased tried to enter the Roots Butcher shop without a mask and he was stopped by security guards and an argument started between the two parties. The deceased from Jazzville, picked up a spade and went back to Roots Butchery to attack Security guards, it is not clear where the man found the spade.

He was then allegedly bungled by a group of guards who severely assaulted him resulting in his death and two Security guards was taken to hospital after deceased attacked them with the spade.

Angry members of the community have forced the entire mall to shut down until the man is buried and others are threatening to loot some of the shops.
