The two suspects who accused of killing Motshwene Mokgotho from Sedawa Village Ga Sekororo in Maruleng Municipality on August was denied bail by Lenyenye Magistrates court Friday 23/10/2020
Community of Sedawa, Molalane and Mametja gathered outside Lenyenye Magistrates court showing their support for murdered victim, Motshwene Mogotho as the two accused Hesekiel Ramoshaba and Kgau Moropane had first appearance on 28 September. The formal bail application was heard on October 23, where community once again gathered outside the court in support of Mogotho
It is alleged that the suspects by the name of Hesekiel Ramoshaba together with his co-accused Kgau Moropana from Ga Fanie killed Mr Mokgotho in his farm and buried his remains next to his farm. He was found after police together with community launch a massive hunt after he was reported missing. The due have once appear at Hoedspruit Magistrates court their case was transferred to Lenyenye Magistrates as court have no jurisdiction to hear the matter. The suspects Hesekiel and Kgau denied bail and will remain in custody. The matter has been postponed to 03 November 2020 for further investigation.
